The Money Movement service can be accessed from the developer portal.

Money Movement has two services available: one for recipient management and one for transfers.

The service type in the developer portal is Money Movement, and the service subType is db-apx-transfer-services.

The service uses a v2 authentication token and requires the token to be generated with the scopes recipients:write, recipients:read for adding/updating/getting recipient information and for transfers. The accounts:read, transfers:write scope is required in the body.
